What I Experienced During My First Pregnancy; This Could Be Helpful To You Too

When I became pregnant for the first time I had no idea of what was in store for me, but I soon found out. Nothing changed during my first trimester. I had a little case of morning sickness but other than that everything stayed the same. Then I hit my second trimester and I realized that I could not wear any of my clothes anymore. So it was time that I go out shopping for maternity wear.

I dreaded going shopping for maternity clothes because I thought they would have nothing in style and I would just look fat and ugly. When I got to the store I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had maternity clothes that looked just like any other clothes you would buy if you were not pregnant.

I was so relieves that I would be able to have stylish clothes while being pregnant. I did not buy more than a couple things because I was in the second trimester and I thought I needed to wait until I got a lot bigger before I bought more clothes.

By the third trimester I had actually been back twice to buy more maternity clothes and was on my way there again. I loaded up on clothes and even bought several outfits for me to wear once I had the baby. I knew that getting in to my old clothes was out of the question at least for a month or so.

Around my eighth month I decided it was about time that we got everything we needed for our baby so that the nursery would be ready. We already knew we were expecting a baby girl and I was so excited about buying girlie stuff. I wanted to buy all the girlie things I saw. I bought most of it.

The one thing I saw and feel in love with immediately was the ladybug baby bedding. I just had to have it. So we get home with all of our new things and start putting them away. The nursery was looking beautiful especially after I added the new ladybug stuff to it.

A month later I went in labor and my gorgeous daughter was born. A few days later when we were trying to get ready to head home with our baby I was dressing her in one of the cutest outfits I had bought for her and it was just too big. I actually had to put her in the sleepwear we brought with us since nothing else would fit her. She wore nothing but sleepers for the first four weeks she was home. She was just such a small baby that nothing else would fit her. The point is you may think you are prepared but when your baby arrives you will never be prepared again.
